Ever since the addition of the Cartographer titles those older PvE based characters who were too engulfed in the game to stop and play at the early Arenas have been penalised because they cannot go back and fix this to get about .1-.2% of their Cartographer title. Now i understand you can't just let level 20s into the arena because it will destroy any fun newer / lower level players are having. But if they made it possible to enter the PvP arena in Hard Mode (requiring the game beaten and level 20) it would be fair for all allowing those such as myself who didn't know the arenas existance go back to map it and enjoy the old times. I'm curious to see what others think of this idea.

well i'd like to see all the areanas have to ability to be Explorable areas jsut to explore.

But you DO NOT need the areanas to max out thr title as far as i'm aware. there is somthing like 103% of the map total or somthing like that.
so there is a ncie bit of leway

I don't think so. It was actually more of a reward to people who had taken the time to map out PVP areas that were into cartography before there was a cartography title out and for people who were good enough to bring their PVE characters into PVP. You can still get 100%, so it's not a punishment to existing characters that didn't get it, but rather a reward for existing characters that did get it. Besides, characters from back then got gyped out of a Survivor title anyways, so I think this small thing is a kind of gift to those. If you missed it, it's a little bit late to be complaining about it now anyways.
